The Man. . . Santa Claus

After school today we did one of the seasonal things most families with small kids do. We went to a craft fair and saw Santa Claus. Madison was all smiles. She was speechless when it came to him. She could not stop smiling.
She was so proud of her new light up Christmas socks that she had to roll her pants up so all could see them. Madison's Christmas list for this year is Littlest Pet shop, and a new baby sister.
I don't know how much longer Miles will put up with sitting on Santa's lap. He does it for mom and the rest of the kids. He stopped believing at 7 years old. He figured it out, since he is a deep thinker he new there was know way Santa could fly that far in one night. Miles Christmas list for 2009 is a New DSi, Air hog and Lava coaster Knex
Mason is so sweet. At least this year he sat on his lap with our being scared. His list for this year is Shake and go cars and Air hog wall climbers
I don't know how much longer he will be a believer. I sure love the innocence of the ones that believe. Madison told Santa if he put her on the good list she would clean her room. Marcus' Christmas list for 2009 is Transformers and Air hogs
All in all I think it is a fun part to enjoy with the Christmas season. Our main focus at home in the Birth of Christ and service but I think all christian kids need to have the opportunity to believe in Santa Claus. I don't think there is any harm in them believing. It is nice to get the visit to Santa done early so we can go on with the fun of doing service and preparing to Celebrate Jesus' Birthday.
