Christmas Day and so on 2010

Christmas Slide show

We all had a wonderful Christmas here. We enjoyed seeing Chad, Laura, Tess, Ester, Joshie, and Joey who were staying with my parents. We had fun going to 2 different movies, going bowling and even to the Rock Springs Rec Center. Yes Santa found us too.

Christmas 2010

It has been busy, it has been crazy. But some how Santa found his way to our house. Here is a peek at Christmas with the Moffat Family Some of out Christmas highlight were having my Brother Chad and his family here for the Holidays. Madison has a true love for her cousion Ester. They were 2 peas in a pod most of the time. If you were to ask the kids what they loved for Christmas all would say they love the Wii and then their top gift was as follows. Miles-His Hawk Eye Air hog (it takes video) or his gift from Uncle Alan. Marcus loves his Nerf gun or the Marble works. Mason Loves his hot wheels and his Marble works. Madison loves her doll house if only mom would help her get it set up and her Fur reals from Uncle Alan. Mylee loved all the bows. She has yet to tell us if different colors taste any different. I love the book about my mom's life as it will be wonderful to share with the kids as they grow older. Jim loved being spoiled and getting a new Dallas Cowboys Jersey. I think our best gift of Christmas was spending time together as a family playing games, going to the movies and learning how to love each other when it is too cold to go outside. I being a mom also loved it when we were talking about the true meaning of Christmas that my kids did remember what they have been taught. They could tell us were Jesus was born city and place, the first Gifts of Christmas and much more. They truly are learning to grasp the real meaning of Christmas.

Our family photo shoot.

Just dropping all the pictures. I hope you all like them as much as we do. The kids did great. What ones do you like best? Ages of kids are Miles 10.5, Marcus 8.5, Mason 6.5 Madison just turned 5 and Mylee a few days away from 6 months old and look she could stand so big

Time with Santa

My goal is to get caught up on this blog if it kills me. Things wont be in order but I am trying. On December 6th our small town had a lighted Christmas Parade with Santa as the leader afterward the kids got to see Santa and get a wonderful goodie bag. Marcus was first to jump on his lap. I love his pose so perfect. All he wants for Christmas is Hot Wheels, Kong Zu, Marble works. We will have to see what he gets Christmas morning. This is Miss Wyoming (from Rock Springs this year) Holding Mylee she was handing out the goodie bags for Santa. We had to wake Mylee up for her picture with Santa. So glad she did not cry I am sure that next year she will want nothing to do with him. This year Mylee wants bigger clothes, a baby doll and a walker for Christmas. We will have to see what Santa brings her on Christmas morning. I love the look of Madison's eyes as she talks to Santa Her is her pose. All Madison wants for Christmas this year is a doll house, pillow pet, and barbies. I guess we will find out Christmas morning what Santa brings. Last but not least is Mason. He really did not want to take his coat off. He asked Santa for marbol works, criss cross, criss cross crash and a DS. All in all it was a fun night. Miles was singing in the choir so he did not get to go threw the line with us. When asked if he wanted too later he rolled his eyes and said lets go home.

Our new Van

I know it has been sometime since I posted. So I will make it short and sweet and let you know what we have been up too. First we got a new Van. You may wonder why we would get a van after a Suburban. Well it is not your typical mini van. It is a 12 passenger van. We love it. The space is nice and Jim loves the new car smell that only last for a few months. It was used for such a short period of time like 4 weeks tops so it is pretty much new with only having 1585 miles at the sell. The kids like the idea that maybe Shawn White could have been in it. It is one of our new items this year. In less than 6 months we have added a new family member, a new pet, a new house and a new Van I think we have added all the new things you can in a year. Don't think I will be repeating it again. Well of course Mylee is up to no good so I am off to take care of a teething cranky baby. Hopefully I will be able to post more soon. We still have fall pictures and Halloween to post about. Plus have Madison's birthday coming up.

Good Friends=Family in our house

Today I had one big surprise from one of my good friends. Tara E. made Mylee a large blanket. With some guidence from Michelle L. It is Tara's first quilted blanket. It is big enough that she will be using it when she is 16. She can cuddle up in it and love it. I love it. As you can see it is large gorgeous and a one in a Million blanket. It brought me to tears when she brought it to story time to day. I was wondering why it was so important that I go to day. It was because my friend loved me and Mylee so much that she spent her free time making some thing our family could cherish forever. Thanks a million Tara you made my day. Thanks Michelle for helping her and donating the fabric. We love it.
