We decided with our family just moving from the great state of Texas back to snowy Wyoming that we would have the kids pictures be done this year in the snow to show the change of scenery from Texas to Wyoming. This is how the pictures turned out. Looking at the picture above the name and number we would like to see which ones you think we should print up and hand on the wall and send in Christmas cards. Choose one of each kid and then 2 of the kids together. Have fun with it we can't wait to see your input. We had fun with this.

Weekend at Grandma Moffat's

This weekend we were able to go to Jim's Mom's house and see the family. The boys did not have school on Friday so we spend all day Friday and most of the day Saturday with our family in Star Valley. On Friday morning we went up to Aunt Shelia's work to see the huge dump trucks that she drives. Aunt Shelia works for Simplot.

When we first got close to the trucks the kids did not know what to think. Madison did not want to get to close.

Madison did not know what to think about having to wear a hard hat and how cold it was. Even as tall as Jim is, 6'6" he can not reach the top of the tire. Can you image how fun it would be to drive one. Why we were there we saw a truck a lot like the one Jim drives at work just the wrong color.

The kids had fun playing in a snow plow scope there. Everything is bigger at the mine.

The great Woman behind it all. In the 48 hours we were able to spend at Grandma Moffat's House we were able to see great, large trucks, Play in the snow, Have a typical Moffat dinner, Go to the mountains for our pictures, Have a Birthday party and lots of fun. We are sure greatful that Grandma let us come and play. We can't wait to come again. We have many more fun pictures playing in the slide show from this fun weekend. Who will be the Next president???

John McCain or Barack Obama With it being election day we thought that it would be fun to predict who would be the next president of this great nation. We are not saying if we voted for this person but it is who we believe will win the election. So we are encouraging all to vote and then see if you are right. You will have to scroll down to find out our prediction. The whole Moffat family believe rather we like it our not that the next president of the United States of America will be: We also predict that the Democrats will take great control of the House and Senate. Which we believe that it can not be good to have one party with such a great control of the country. We will have to see what happens.

~A Moffat Monday Morning~

This is the last current picture of the whole family. Taken in April at a the lunch after the service for Jim's Dad. It is about 10 am and the day is off and running. With it being Monday it means it is Laundry, Laundry , Laundry. By now the 3rd load is drying and I hope that I put soap in the washer as there was a backpack emergency when I was starting it. I guess I will find out when I get them out. Madison has had Madison school. We did the letter "C", when we started naming words that start with "C" we got to candy and it was all over. She remembered that she had a grand bag of Candy on top of the entertainment center. That was all she could think about at that time. I have now done 4 kids hair, sent 2 out the door on their bikes to school, took Mason out to the bus. We have the breakfast dishes done and the Hamburger out for dinner. I am now sitting down to add the new recipes to the cook book I am working on for Enrichment next week. Madison is playing kitchen and chasing around her pretend cat the Meows. So I have high hopes that I can get some work done on this cook book. I Normally wait to fold until the 4th or 5th load is done around Madison's nap time and Mason is quietly playing.
