Pumpkins
The leaves are changing colors and are all over the ground.
The is a chill in the air. It must be the start of Autumn. Today for for family home evening we were able to get all the men/boys in the house hair trimmed at a real barber shop. Then we went to go and pick out some great pumpkins for our Halloween fun. We have one run which I am sure most houses have. You have to be able to carry your own pumpkin. So this is the kids and their pumpkins. Madison with her pumpkin weighing in at 7.6 lbs
Mason's cute and fun, weighed in at 5.54 lbs. Yes Madison's was more but he liked this one. Mason helps us realize that size is not everything.
Miles to it to heart. He wanted the biggest possible one he could find. So He left with one weighing in at 19.08 lbs. What a haul. Yes he can carry it. They had fun and can not wait to carve them. Now mom and dad are not so sure about the carving, but the kids are. We are currently looking for stand in parents for Sunday afternoon, as this kinda sickens mom and dad out a little bit.
May we all be so blessed and have a great Halloween.
